Job Description : Our client is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with proven business development skills to join a professional services business specializing in traditional sales aid markets. Due to a sound capital base and business resource, they are targeting a significant increase in overall financing/leasing business volumes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Achieve sales volume and margin goals by integrating with equipment sales region.
Investigate research and understand customer base and distribution methodology.
Evaluate success by measuring finance volume, penetration and incremental sales.
Partner with equipment divisions on developing equipment pricing strategies and subsidy programs.
Establish customer relationships and make presentations on finance program offerings.
Understand and identify customer needs through a consultative sales approach.
Gather credit information on customers, prepare credit package.
Develop training tools for persons and dealers to broaden finance knowledge.
Accompany product sales teams/dealers to present and sell the benefits of using financing as an
acquisition solution.
Educate customers on options for financing solutions, and best practice for utilizing different financing plans.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors and funding partners
Qualifications.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

2-7 Years of Experience general sales experience ? preferably in equipment leasing/finance.
Graduate or MBA.
At least two years of experience in the financial services industry.
Sales Aid experience would be an advantage.
Good business development skills with a proven track record.
Live in and around the local region (Pune or Mumbai).
Excellent command of English and local dialect.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience of handling a mix of portfolio, ranging from corporate, retail & equipment sales.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills with demonstrated abilities in team
management and customer relationship management.
Proficient in handling a region applying leadership skill, planning & executing.
Skilled at working in fully computerized atmosphere and adaptable to most banking software. Technically sound in using MS Office and MS Excel and other Internet applications.
