Experienced Business Development/Account Manager

??? UP TO 45K Basic Salary + Commission
The Company
A Global company specialising in the manufacture and distribution of labels, leaflets and booklet labels to the pharmaceutical market sector
The Role
? Reporting to the Sales Director
? Home based ? high degree of autonomy
? Time will be split roughly 50/50 looking after an existing list of Accounts and developing New business
? Able to generate sales to targeted levels with existing and new customers through a structured, disciplined and professional approach
? Existing Accounts ? will have a proven track record of managing the relationship and development of existing business accounts - ?2 million.
? Responsible for interfacing with internal sales team who manage the day to day administration of the customer accounts
? Provide regular formal reports to the management team on issues, developments, opportunities etc.
? Anticipate and participate in customer developments, assisting at a technical level where needed
? New Business ? Will be responsible for managing your own prospect listing showing new business opportunity moving from prospect to customer. Responsible for all customer interface, managing projects, information flow until the prospect becomes a customer.
Requirements
? Must have a very good knowledge of the Pharmaceutical and Clinical trials market place.
? Ideally understands Booklet label, leaflet and self adhesive.
? Sales professional with proven track record and can demonstrate achievements ? prepared to take full responsibility for ensuring customers are satisfied and develop profitable sales with them
? Good communicator and able negotiator
? Comfortable with technical information
? Good team player but happy and able to work effectively on their own with little direct supervision
? Loyal, determined, persistent, committed, dedicated
